All Good Things Must End

The time has come for the 2011 John Molson MBA International Case Competition to officially end. First, congratulations to all teams for bringing their best to the 30th edition of the JMSB MBA ICC this year! Queen's University and the University of Kaiserslautern put up a good fight, but it is EGP - University of Porto who are taking home the Concordia Cup! Thank you to all participants, coaches, judges, the board of directors and sponsors for an excellent week and great memories! We hope to see you next year!

After a crazy week, the final day of the case competition has arrived. Three schools, Kaiserslautern, Queen's University, and UPBS (Porto) will duke it out today to see who will come out on top. Come by the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel to see the action. Presentation times are as follows:

Breaking news! The secret Live Case this year revolves around Foreign Affairs And International Trade Canada, a division of the Canadian government. The case essentially boils down to advising Foreign Affairs And International Trade Canada on how to proceed in the future. More specifically, they would like to hear students present ideas on how to:


- best position themselves to take advantage of opportunities that arise as a result of globalization
- improve the standard of living of Canadians
- accelerate economic recovery
- transition away from stimulus measures to sustainable growth in the future
- make Canada the best place in the world to do business
